PHASE III CONSTRUCTION was founded and incorporated in 1993 by President/Builder Andrew Kowalski. Specializing in Custom Home Additions, we have a long tradition in the remodeling industry of bringing quality and service to the homes we renovate. Over the years we have built and maintained a solid reputation in many communities, and with organizations like the Builders Industry Association. Phase III Construction will continue to expand and operate in local communities in Wayne, Oakland, Livingston & Macomb Counties.
Our Builder Andrew Kowalski has over 15 years experience in home renovations, additions, custom built homes and land development. Supported by a Michigan State Builders License, Andrew maintains many General contracting/Building credentials. He has experience in many aspects of the business industry including an extensive knowledge of product & specialty materials.
Andrew continues to surrond himself with other professionals in the Building Industry who are committed to our same ideals of customer satisfaction. From Financing to Home Decorating, we work with many individuals & companies ready to assist you along the way.
